IT'S ALL EASY is an incredibly helpful book.  The recipes are simple and fast.

For example, the "Avocado Toast, Three Ways" is trivial to do.  Just "Pop your bread in the toaster," then combine the 3 ingredients.

There are also a vareity of seafood dishes, such as "Miso Clams," which can be prepared in 30 minutes, and serves 4.

The beginning of the book has a handy "Pantry" chart, with suggested items.

The book has large color photos illustrating each dish. There are also other photos of the authors.

Don't miss the end of the book, which lists recipes for several different types of salsas.

Simple, convenient, yummy. What more could a cook want?
